Clinicians

In their own words

107 videos in 14 scrolls — regulators, universities, hospitals, the press, and clinicians — and not one of them sells what we sell. Who they are and what they are attached to is written at the top of every rail — that part is ours. The videos are theirs, whole, and we do not summarise them.

These are informative videos on other people's channels. Any claim in one is the speaker's — not our opinion, not our claim, and not something we endorse or that anything we supply is claimed to do. Where a title makes a claim, we say so on the video itself.

Doctor of Physical Therapy; dry-needling educator

Dr. Jason Schuster DPT

Muscle physiology, mitochondria, and the needle. A physical therapist who teaches other clinicians, filmed mostly at a whiteboard.

What they are attached to

Dr. Schuster teaches dry needling through Intricate Art Seminars and sells practice consulting to clinicians — both sold to practitioners, neither a product we supply. We host his peptide field-guide site, dr-schuster.com, and say so. His peptide videos are deliberately not embedded on this page.

A question about a drug class, not a case for one. Bring the difference between a number on a scale and a measure of function.

Chiropractor; regenerative and neuropathy practice, Idaho Falls

Dr. Brady Wirick DC

Regenerative medicine from the clinic floor — what patients ask, in the order they ask it.

What they are attached to

Dr. Wirick is a friend of the owner's. He runs a regenerative and neuropathy practice in Idaho Falls that offers treatments in our category; he is not connected to anything we supply and sells nothing we sell. The videos here are his general explainers — his condition-specific and outcome-rate titles are not embedded, and the reasons are written beside them in the catalogue.

Made by Dr. Brady Wirick, DC · Brady Wirick DC · June 15, 2026. Their work, their channel, their words — we are only the signpost. Plays from YouTube; nothing is requested from them until you press play.

His practice treats this condition, which is the reason to watch and the thing to weigh. A condition is discussed; nothing we supply is.

This talk discusses a medical condition. It is filed under general learning and not under any product topic, deliberately: nothing we supply is approved for the prevention, treatment, mitigation or cure of any disease, and the two subjects are not connected on this page.

Sports podiatrist, Arlington VA; Fellow, American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine

Dr. Ben Pearl DPM

Gait, load, footwear and tendons, from a podiatrist who has spent thirty years with runners and track athletes. The mechanics of how a body moves — and what to make of anyone selling you something for it.

What they are attached to

Dr. Pearl runs a private podiatry practice in Arlington, Virginia and is team podiatrist to the District Track Club. Two things have to be said plainly. First, he uses regenerative material in his own practice — Wharton’s jelly and umbilical- and placenta-derived growth factors — which makes him, commercially, the kind of clinician we supply rather than an independent observer of us; none of those videos is embedded here, for that reason. Second, his channel reviews named footwear brands and has carried nutrition and supplement content, including a product sold through a multi-level marketing company. Neither is a product we supply, and neither appears on this rail.

Fifteen minutes on how a foot actually rolls through a step. Almost every shoe argument you have ever half-followed is really an argument about these four pivots, and it is much easier to have once you can name them.

Double board-certified rheumatologist; PhD in immunology

Dr. Diana Girnita MD, PhD

What a blood test means, what a symptom is not, and why the word on the label is rarely the whole story. A specialist explaining her own field.

What they are attached to

Dr. Girnita runs her own rheumatology practice, Rheumatologist OnCall. She has no relationship with Standard Longevity and does not supply, sell, or endorse anything we carry.

The companion to the tests video: which results mean less than they look. A condition is discussed; nothing we supply is.

Orthopedic surgeons, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada

Dr. Paul Zalzal & Dr. Brad Weening MD, FRCSC

Two surgeons, one kitchen table, and a habit of saying the unflattering thing first. The most sceptical voices on this site, on purpose.

What they are attached to

Two orthopedic surgeons. They have no relationship with us and sell nothing we sell — but note the direction of their interest: they operate for a living, and their read on non-surgical options should be weighed knowing that, exactly as ours should be weighed knowing we supply the material.

Host, The Practice Growth Show

Dr. Ross Carter

For people who run a practice. Positioning, trust, and why more leads into an unclear offer produces more of the wrong patient.

What they are attached to

Dr. Carter sells growth and positioning coaching to practice owners. He is not a supplier and does not compete with what we supply — but he is selling something, to you, in these videos.

Strength and conditioning coach; co-founder, Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning

Mike Boyle MS, ATC

Two decades of coaching argument, mostly delivered to other coaches: how a programme is actually built, why he stopped squatting his athletes, and what he changed his mind about. The house voice on training.

What they are attached to

Mike Boyle has coached at Boston University, the Boston Bruins and the Boston Red Sox, and led strength and conditioning for the gold-medal 2014 US Women’s Olympic ice hockey team. MBSC sells coaching education — certifications, StrengthCoach.com, MBSC.tv and online programming — to coaches and to people who train. That is not a product we supply and none of it competes with what we sell, but these are seminar recordings from a business that teaches for a living, and you should watch them knowing that. Several of these covers were drawn by us because the source shipped none; the video is entirely his.

Two hours on how a programme is actually built — the assessment, the order, what gets cut when the week is short. The single most useful thing on this shelf for anyone who trains, and nothing in it costs money.

The regulator and the institutions

The people who write the rules and the people who weigh the evidence, in their own words. Start here if you want to know what 'approved', 'trial', 'risk' and 'cold chain' actually mean.

What they are attached to

Government agencies, hospitals, universities and professional societies, on their own channels. None of them sells anything we sell, and none of them sells to you. Where an institution treats patients (Mayo, HSS, Johns Hopkins), that is disclosed on the clip.

Universities and journals

Stem cells, Wharton's jelly, cartilage and PRP explained by people who teach it rather than sell it. Long-form where the subject deserves it.

What they are attached to

Lectures and explainers from universities, a Nobel laureate, a peer-reviewed video journal and three academic hospitals. Nobody here sells material. The hospitals perform procedures, which is disclosed where it applies.

Pediatrician; professor, Indiana University School of Medicine; Healthcare Triage

Dr. Aaron Carroll MD, MS

How a drug gets approved, why approval is not the same as working, and what money does to medicine — including ours.

What they are attached to

A physician and professor who explains health policy and evidence on a public channel. He has no relationship with Standard Longevity and sells nothing we sell.

Explainers

Placebo, peer review, anecdote, inflammation, hormones, what a stem cell and an exosome actually are. The fundamentals, without a product at the end.

What they are attached to

Science and medical education channels, plus individual clinicians and communicators. One entry sells laboratory reagents (Thermo Fisher — research kits, not treatments) and is marked adjacent; nobody else sells anything in our category.

The press

The unflattering reporting about our own category. It is here on purpose.

What they are attached to

Physician; founder of Regenexx — orthobiologics using a patient's own cells

Dr. Chris Centeno MD

A critic from inside regenerative medicine. Exosomes and Muse cells, from someone whose business depends on you choosing something else.

What they are attached to

Dr. Centeno sells regenerative procedures that use a patient's own tissue, and is publicly sceptical of umbilical and exosome products — the category we supply. He does not sell material. Both the stake and the scepticism are the reason he is here; weigh them together.

Sports medicine physician

Dr. Jeffrey Peng MD
