A question we get from clinics constantly is one we have no business answering: how do you actually build a practice that does not live or die on insurance reimbursement. We supply material. We are not a marketing company and we would be bluffing if we pretended otherwise.
So here is somebody whose whole subject that is. The argument in this one is that most practices solve for volume when their real problem is clarity — that more leads into an unclear offer produces more of the wrong patient, faster.
The honest caveat
He is selling coaching. That is the business model, it is not hidden, and a fifteen-minute episode that gives away a real idea is how that business works. Take the idea; make your own decision about the coaching.
What to watch for
Whether the argument survives contact with your actual constraint — a practice short of chairs has a different problem from one short of enquiries.
Where the free idea stops and the paid programme starts. That boundary is where you learn what the episode is really for.
