For practices and clinics
The questions worth asking first
Most of what a practice gets shown in this category is a deck. This is the other thing: plain explanations of what these materials are, what their documentation should say, and where the honest answer is inconvenient. Read it before you talk to anyone — us included.
What we publish
What each material actually is, what the format changes in practice, and how to read the paperwork that travels with it. Written so it can be checked, and written the same way whether or not the answer helps us.
What we will not do
We do not diagnose, we do not write protocols, and we do not tell you what belongs in your practice. Those are yours. Anyone offering to make those calls for you is telling you something about themselves.
Where it goes from here
When a question runs past what a page can settle, we point you to the people who handle that part. If we are not useful to you, that is a perfectly good outcome and we would rather find it early than late.
Have a question about something specific?
Tell us what you are looking at and you will get a straight answer — including, when it applies, that we are not the right people to ask. Enquiries from practices go to different people than patient enquiries, because they are different conversations.
