What we are not claiming
Most of this category writes the opposite page. This one is short, specific, and the most load-bearing thing on the site.
Every page on this site is written so that it would survive somebody checking it. This one states the limits directly rather than leaving them to be inferred, because the inference is the part that goes wrong.
We are not claiming that anything we supply treats a disease
Perinatal biologic products and peptide compounds of the kinds discussed here are not FDA approved for the prevention, treatment, diagnosis, mitigation or cure of any disease. That is not a formality and it is not a disclaimer added underneath a page that argues otherwise. It is the position, and every other page here is written to be consistent with it.
We are not claiming an outcome
Not an improvement, not a rate, not a timeframe, not a comparison to surgery or medication. We have no basis for any of those, we will not develop one from testimonials, and a supplier is structurally the wrong party to be making outcome claims in any case.
We are not claiming a regulatory blessing we do not have
Facility registration is not approval. Certification is issued by other bodies and speaks to manufacturing process, not to whether a product works. A Certificate of Free Sale confirms a product is sold in its country of origin and exists to smooth exports. All three get presented as government endorsement; none of them is.
We are not claiming to know whether this is right for you
We have not examined you, cannot see your history, and do not know what else you are taking. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and the person who can answer that question is a clinician who can look at the whole picture.
So what are we claiming?
Something much narrower, and something we can actually keep. That we can tell a licensed buyer what the material is, where it was made, what standard the facility operates to, and what testing the specific lot in front of them passed — and produce the paperwork rather than describe it.
The whole promise is provenance and documentation. It is a smaller promise than most of this industry makes, and it is one nobody has to take on faith.
Why write this down at all
Because writing it down forecloses the overclaim. A company that has published its limits cannot quietly drift past them later, and a page like this is the one thing on a supplier's website that cannot be produced by a marketing department in an afternoon.
It is also the standard we ask you to hold everybody else to, including the people whose videos we point at. If somebody in this category will not tell you what they are not claiming, that is not an oversight. It is the answer.
