Often sold alongside BPC-157 and often confused with it. A different molecule, a different origin, and the same questions worth asking.
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide related to thymosin beta-4, a naturally occurring protein present in most human cells. It is frequently paired with BPC-157 in the same conversation and sometimes the same vial, which is precisely why it is worth separating: they are different molecules with different origins, and being sold together is a commercial fact, not a biological one.
What the format changes
Like most of this category it arrives lyophilized and is reconstituted before use. The combination products — TB-500 with BPC-157, sometimes with GHK-Cu or KPV added — change the documentation question rather than simplifying it: a blend needs a certificate that accounts for each component, and "what is the ratio and how was each part tested" becomes a question a single-compound vial does not raise.
What to ask before ordering
For a blend especially, ask what each component is, at what quantity, and how the finished product was tested. A confident answer names the parts and the testing; a vague one describes the effect. The second is the one to be careful with, and not only for regulatory reasons — a product you cannot fully specify is a product you cannot fully stand behind to a patient.
